Hi Freelancers,
I'm starting a new website in the Internet Marketing niche, entrepreneurial themed about different ways to make a living online. This will be a blog website but I'll also be creating and selling products.
I'm looking for a talented, ambitious and creative designer to create a stunning logo. The winning designer may get more work in the form of social media graphics, etc.
The logo should contain the words “Alternate Route”.
Layout: “Alternate Route” should be on one line. Any image or icon should be on the left.
Style: clean, simple and modern
Fonts: straight, flat
Colors I like:
Charcoal, Dark Gray, Slate Gray, Dark Chocolate Brown - with - Pale Aqua, Carolina Blue, Asparagus Green,Verdigris, Pale Taupe, Tangerine, Desert Sand. Also Silver accent with dark and light colors.
Don't let it limit you - your design may be better in other colors and/or black.
Imagery Ideas:
Icon/Silhouette of a rural road sign, the ones that look like boards nailed to a post. You know... But the image doesn't have to be so literal.
Or a bird or animal like a crow, raven or deer – whatever kind is the most entrepreneurial :-)
Or the initials “A R”
Or whatever better image you have in mind.
The brand needs to look professional, but not corporate. I'd like it to look expensive, but still feel natural and inviting.

modern logos are single element so it can be used for print, web & apps, no so busy that people cannot remember by seeing 10times, so it should be less busy & a single color, this is what modern 2017 logos. Not some clipart & fancy elements across clipart. Thank u .

There are even some nice fonts that aren't straight/flat. I'm ok with experimenting with more creative fonts :-)

Hi everyone, thank you for your color choices! There are some nice logos but they're still looking a bit too "corporate". I'd like a simpler, clean, modern (not computer/data looking) fonts. It should have a more relaxed & friendly feel. Loosen up that corporate tie and let your creativity fly! If you go to Pinterest and look up "simple logos creative", you'll see (not to copy!! inspiration only).
