Design a poster for a Digital News Portal "TIME8" which is first fully dedicated multimedia news portal from North-East India comprising all 8 Northeastern states. Tagine is "Always Ahead"

Poster should represents "Storytelling" from "North-East India" on "Digital" platform in creative ways

Hence poster should portrays below mentioned stories from North-East in creative ways (don't use real photos but design poster in attached reference posters style):
Illegal immigration in Assam,
Dying Insurgency (Militancy),
Flood in Assam (which comes to haunt every year),
Racism with Northeastern youth in rest part of India,
Rhino killing for Horns,
Money driven politics in Northeastern states,
BJP (Saffron party) rise in Northeastern states etc.
