## **Project Description** We are looking for an experienced **brochure, editorial and print designer** to create a **premium admissions package** for **DKIDS Elementary School**, a new British-inspired elementary school opening in Benin City, Nigeria. The project includes: * **A 16-page Landscape Admissions Brochure (Prospectus)** * **An 8-page Portrait Registration Form** These documents will be distributed together as our official admissions pack and should reflect the quality, professionalism and visual standards of leading international schools. The design should be **modern, elegant, premium, child-centred and visually engaging**, with a strong focus on photography, clean layouts, excellent typography and minimal clutter. --- # **About the School** DKIDS Elementary School is a modern primary school committed to providing high-quality education through a child-centred approach that combines **British-inspired teaching practices** with the **Nigerian Curriculum**. ### **Our Motto** **Building Brilliant Futures—One Child at a Time.** --- # **Scope of Work** ## **Part 1 – Admissions Brochure** Design a **16-page A4 Landscape (297 × 210 mm) premium admissions brochure** (including front and back cover). The brochure should be: * Print-ready * Suitable for digital viewing * Editorial in style * Image-led with premium layouts * Designed using a balance of photography, architectural renders, icons and white space * Comparable to a premium UK independent or international school prospectus **All written content will be provided.** --- ## **Part 2 – Registration Form** Design an **8-page A4 Portrait (210 × 297 mm) registration form** that matches the brochure's branding and style. The registration form should be: * Professional and easy to complete * Print-friendly * Well organised with clear sections * Spacious and easy to read * Designed with attractive headers, tables, tick boxes and information panels The form should include: * Cover Page * Welcome & Important Information * Student Information * Previous School Information * Parent/Guardian Information * Child Collection Authorisation * Medical Information * Parent Expectations * Permissions & Consent * Parent Declaration * Office Use Only **All written content will be provided.** --- # **Brand Style** The overall style should reflect the quality of **premium international schools**, not a standard corporate brochure. The design should communicate: * Excellence * Professionalism * Warmth * Innovation * Trust * Child-centred learning --- # **Colour Palette** * Royal Blue * White * Gold Accents * Light Grey --- # **Typography** Use modern, premium fonts such as: * Montserrat * Lato * Open Sans (or similar) --- # **Images** We will provide: * Official DKIDS logo * Architectural renders of our school * School uniform images * Brand colours * Final brochure text * Final registration form text The designer may use high-quality licensed stock images where appropriate. ### **Important** * Use our architectural renders throughout the brochure to showcase our future campus. * Throughout most of the brochure, children should wear **white shirts** to maintain a timeless academic feel. * Our official DKIDS school uniform should only appear on the **School Uniform**, **Admissions**, and **Back Cover** pages. --- # **Deliverables** Please provide: * Print-ready PDF * Adobe InDesign (.INDD) * Adobe Illustrator (.AI) (if applicable) * Editable Canva version (preferred) * All editable source files * Fonts used * Linked assets --- # **Additional Notes** Both documents must share a consistent design language and feel like one premium admissions package.
