I want someone to convert a photo of my dog into a digitally designed pop art oil painting. I have several "before and after" examples for you to see.

I want the background to be changed into a solid color with some artistic effects. (see attachments for example) . I want the ball in the picture of my dog included in the final artwork. I need this to be in a large enough file to print and hang on my wall. When you are finished I will have this printed on a 24" x 36" stretched canvas.

I want to use vibrant colors in the painting and the eyes to have lots of detail. I want you to use your creativity to make this painting awesome. I want people to think it was hand painting by an amazingly detailed oil artist.
