This contest is made up of two parts.
Part #1: Create ONE photo-realistic rendering of the property. Select only one view listed below for your rendering.
Part #2: Tell us how much will it cost for you to create 4 additional photo-realistic renderings for us. Also, please list any additional services you can provide us. Including creating Facebook and LinkedIn pages, creating sales flyers, sales postcards, and other media.

Contest Winner will be contracted for 4 additional renderings.
Please use 3d Studio Max, or equivalent quality software

About the property:
We are renovating an existing building to turn it into a retail shopping space. This renovation includes the building, the parking lot and landscaping. The building used to be a warehouse. The area of town is industrial but that is changing quickly to residential. We need the photo-realistic renderings to help us pre-lease the property.

Desired photo-realistic rendering views:
See document: “5 Views”
POV = Point of View

Austin Street View: Create a clear view to the building from street view. Include landscaping and parking lot.
Lamar Street View: Create a clear view to the building from street view. Include landscaping and parking lot.
Up Close View: Find a POV that shows off the retail shops in the building.
Building to Parking View: Find a POV that shows off the landscaping and the parking lot
Down Diagonal View: This is a view looking down on to the property. The POV needs to be just high enough and far enough away to capture the whole property. Please select the best angle and POV.

    Also, please focus more on the building and less on the parking lot. The landscaping needs to be clean, so please no grass hanging over curbs or coming through cracks.
