The Sudan Civic Space Watch is an on-line platform (website) that monitors and reports on the state of civic space in Sudan. The scope of the monitoring covers the three internationally recognized pillars of civic space and that are fundamental to an open, vibrant and progressive democratic society – the rights to associate, the right to assemble peacefully and the right to freely express views and opinions.
We are looking for an energizing and prominent logo (preferably a brandmark logo type) that reflects strength, perseverance and hope. Colours should also follow the same scope but be limited to two colors maximum (preferably one).
Here are some other things that we expect the winning logo to have –
• Designed to require little interpretation;
• Generally easy to read;
• Works well when set very small;
• Functions suitably when printed with just one ink (i.e., black);
• Tending to be wide, as the viewer’s field of vision is similarly oriented.

Preference is for a brandmark logo - something which also stays away from letters because it will be used with several languages. So the logo should not subscribe to any specific alpha numeric characters in any language.
