     And - to answer my own question - "Lol-wallpaper.com isn’t endorsed by Riot Games and doesn’t reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends." - so, no. Unless endorsed by Riot Games we can't sell you the right to purchase it. It's not our work.
     
     Sorry to be the copyright-police - but, unless we have the rights to use other peoples artwork, we can't commercially sell it or profit by it.
     
     The wallpapers people are currently hacking up aren't the product of the people distributing them - they are only doing so freely, as fans - they're not commercially profiting by the activity in any way
     
     Bring the job here and we ARE - we can't get paid for that.

     I mean, yeah, hate to join the stickler in the mud parade, but Mark is right. This would be copyright infringement. And of course, full consequences of such crime (which it is) will only come and bite our asses if we get caught by the rightful owners of the art, which is, admittedly, has very low chances of happening. BUT if that happens, those consequences - being sued by a major corporation, - are going to be far more devastating than 35 euro can cover. That's why any respectful designer will try to avoid participating in a contest like this and I'm pretty sure, if the website's admins had any way of controlling that, they'd not be endorsing such contests either.
