We want to issue 1.25 billion utility ERC20 token which will be going on exchange, we need the smart contract that is able to do the following:

1. 0.4 billion will be rewarded to the investor when going on exchange
2. 0.6 billion will be rewarded to the project team in 6 months and over a period evenly of 6 months(linearly daily), with the following fashion:0.05 billion will be awarded to project management, 0.15 billion will be awarded to finance team, 0.4 billion will be awarded to the project team.
3. 0.25 billion will be voted to be released when we have our own chain, this is done in a voting mechanism

We also need the deployment to test and production network, web3, truffle and ganache source code is needed
The contest will be awarded to the contestant with the most secure, and the best smart contract written in solidity. It would be bonus if there's some front-end demo

Does any front-end code need to be written, or can just a contract be submitted?

so there will be 3 stages for the 1.25 billion tokens

a) .4 b for investors
b) .6 for project team(.05 to project managers, .15 to finance team, .4 to team)
c) .25 for voters

so my questions is as follows
1. shall public can buy the tokens ?
2. how will you manage these 3(a,b and c)

i can deliver the source code that will be tested in ropsten test network.
initialy will deliver the frontent. so you can test it. the contract will be hosted in ropsten network.
I am currently developing using remix. no truffle.
