We wish to create a new, modern design for the website http://igf.bb/.

Home page and internal page design should be provided.

Since we have a WordPress website we would wish to have a template to replace the existing one, but if you can only design a xHTML website then you can provide this and we will get another developer to create the WordPress template.

The appropriate WordPress template, PSD, xHTML files should be provided in the deliverable.
