We are inviting proposals for the creation of a marketplace which has the following requirements. This contest is only for the proposal of the design, you can submit flowchart, screenshots, text, examples and other drawings to demonstrate how the following requirements of the app can be achieved. The actual budget for the development of the web app is around $5000 AUD, which will be awarded later to the winner of this contest as a separate task. It is more of a business than a one-off app. We will be requiring ongoing assistance and development on this project.

1. It is a marketplace for nearby services
2. It must able to function on any mobile operating system. We have opted for a Mobile Web App.
3. On-demand and location-based.
4. Must have star rating system similar to Uber or eBay
5. It must have a built-in matching system of two parties based on multiple criteria, history, distance, rating etc. Which also self-learns on consumer patterns and behaviors.
6. Supports all available payment options including Cryptocurrency.
7. Mobile number is the central account identification
8. All data is anonymous, no profile browsing required.
9. Transactions are one to one.
10. We require one person to develop start to end.
11. Digital appearances are not critical but functionality is the crucial part.
12. It supports most major world's languages and currencies.
