Station (_id Field)
|_ Name, Altitue
|_*subnode of name and altitude, new data will be added here, once entry for this station exists* (Date + Time Field in Excel, merged as Timestamp Feld in the DB), T°C, TP°C, RF%, WR°, WG (km/h), WSR°, WSG (km/h), N l/m², LDred hPa, LDstat hPa, SO%

new records for a station (new day, new data), shall be added to the corresponding station

A csv File which gets published daily from austrian meteorological institute, which needs to be consumed daily and the content of the csv needs to be saved in Mongo
