Back End System Layout
Reference
We are an finance company that lending to public consumers. We have developed an front end UI to collect customer information and stored in back end database. The back-end system functions will include the following functions:
1. An application and assessment form based on set of predefined business rules to determine if the application loan is suitable or unsuitable for lending, and the ability to see the customers' previous application and notes making
2. Linking 3rd parties API to extract information from customer's financial statement, credit history and payments history.
3. Customer Call History, Balance statement, and member profile, Ageing Summary Report.
4. Automatic emails and emails, SMS to customer's phone number, automatic create folders to store customer's data and files.
5. Ability to trace the working status and workflow for each application, Online signing of an loan contract and stored in the system.
6. Ability to download and export information into Excel
7. Member profile: Customer Details, Application History, Payment History and Balance Statement, Promotional Offers
8. Security and login for different user with different level of access.
9. take data from 2 different front end website with different hosting domain.
10. Ability to check if the client has applied in the past and the previous loan status, Date and Time, View past record of the same client Suggested Layout of the back end system are attached to the file.
