Design a logo based on the design of another logo belonging to same company

I need a logo that is designed similarly to the attached logo for Salt Lake Garfield and Western Railway Company. The new logo for Salt Lake Transloading Services is to be designed per the attached rough sketch. The attached rough sketch shows by number what the different elements are and where they should appear.

The new logo must utilize the following characteristics of the existing logo EXACTLY in the following ways:
- Same red/grey/black oval
- Same fonts
- The "SL" and "TS" text must be red
- "Salt Lake Transloading Service" text must be black
- No other colors used in new logo besides the identical tones of red, grey, black and white in existing logo

You may use red, grey or black for any of the graphic elements of the new logo that aren't otherwise specified above.

I have attached stock illustrations of a truck and train engine as examples of how these particular elements need to look.
