The colours in this logo are a very powerful and eye catching combination. The Yellow and Black work together to make the brand it represents seem bold, innovative and sophisticated. These are values I assume you would want to be associated with your business. It's simple, it's, elegant and it's powerful. I can work a bit more on the little symbol but I feel it looks great.
