The brand name is: 3 Steps

I want the logo to look something like an a old wooden sign (western or victorian era) The logo in my head is influenced by old style beer labels and badges, whiskey labels, cigar wrappers logos, and beard wax tins.
I do not want a round badge as my logo!

The design should feel Masculine, Established, Rustic, and Mature. I want ornate borders and ornate elements with either a mix of ribbons with phrase/s (see bellow), and/or side badges/plaques with phrases. (see Bulges layered font for example-Roland tattoo)

I don't want it overcrowded. But I do want it to look old world ornate.
I think the overall shape should probably be rectangular so it will fit site banners, and on smaller screens. However... I am not attached to it being rectangular shaped.

This will be the logo for the;
3 steps website
3 steps Youtube channel
3 Steps Facebook page and hidden discussion group
3 Steps Twitter
3 Steps Instagram.

So an issue will be how well the phrases (ribbons or badges on the sides of, or under "3 Steps") read on different sized screens. I will need assets for each social media site.

I originally downloaded a font called Sacred Bridge from Creative market and would prefer you use this font in your design. However I am willing to see other font options. I have created some initial ideas for the logo based on the supplied elements. I just used what was supplied instead of creating something original. Meh...

The incomplete design ideas I started are attached below.

Please have a look at them. This is the direction I want the logo to go. I'm not a huge fan of the color scheme (nor am I completely opposed to it) however I am asking for new color scheme options and design ideas using the elements from the font or something similar. I want to be WOW'ed!

I also REALLY like the borders, ribbons, and elements from the fonts Countdown Ville (simple elements), Bulges Layered (I really like this one, clean element and badge designs), Greature (Super ornate badge designs), Java Heritages (Really excellent elements) and Gold Queen from the same sight (creativemarket.com). Please look at them for examples of what I am wanting.

3 Steps is the name of the video series we're doing. (interviews with men, asking them what are 3 steps of advice they would give a younger version of themselves to have better Confidence, to Thrive, or to be Successful in life)
Phrases to incorporate into the design could be any combination of;

My company does workshops for men on topics such as relationships, accountability, successfulness, etc. The video series will be hosted on the website and on YouTube with promotional clips on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
