I am attaching a picture of my first floor plan. Mostly need help with the right side of the house. The living room is perfect. I do want the kitchen somewhere on the back wall either where it is or centered. Back wall looks at the ocean. I really dont like the two large closest, the dining room and all the empty space to the left of the kitchen.
Please design how ever you like. the only thing that must stay in the same place is the garage and the open area around the staircase.
I have attached the surrounding area. I have also attached the second floor which is complete and we like very much. The current house will be demolished and the new one built.
In the Space there must be a big family room over looking the ocean ( back wall). a big kitchen over looking the ocean. formal dining room and play room or living room. and an eating nook
I attached some ideas that i came up with. added floating stair case.

gave three stars to only two submissions. The dining room table should not be over looking the back wall. its barely used in every day life. putting the dining room over looking the back wall uses to much valuable space.

Hi, I saw the floor plans. I would like to take this contest. Can you please let me know the new requirements for the house. I understand that you like the second floor plan but not the floors below. Is that right? Are we demolishing the entire building or are we modifying just the ground and first floor and leaving the second floor just the way it is? Request you to kindly provide .dwg file if you have. Iam an Architect with 5years of work experience in Sydney in Australia and now doing my own thing in India for the past 5 years.

dont know if you need ctwo cloests that big. also you can change desgin. add wetbar, add eating nooks. anyhting to make it look unique. If i guide you to much then it will be my design and I cant come up with a good one

bathroom and closet are too big and and not very useful on the first floor. there is already mudroom and a closet.
