I am looking for an artist to paint/draw illustrations of popular characters by request.
For this project, I would like you to make a digital painting of a Pokemon character Charizard.
Example attached has something in the ball park of what I am looking for.
With the character being in the lower part of the image and some additional background on the upper part. Ideally,
I would need the background on a separate layer so I could turn it off if need be.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
