Background and scope of works:
We are looking for 4 images representing 4 different customer categories to be used on a homepage. The homepage is offering renewable energy solutions (photovoltaics, hydrogen storage, battery storage, electric cars, gas generators, wind turbines, hydropower). On a category page, interested customer to have to choose their category to see solutions that are tailed to their needs. The category page currently shows the names of the categories only. To make it easier for customers to find their categories, we would like to add images they can relate too. An image where they can recognize themselves and/or their intended project. The categories are:

1) Developers
2) Contractors
3) Investors
4) Business owners

These people shall see their image and say “yes, that’s me”. The following section shall help the contenders to better understand the people and projects.

Developers
When talking about developers, we are talking about developers of renewable energy projects. For instants, a solar farm projects: the developer negotiates with landowners, local council, lenders, contractors and “off-taker” (of electricity) until he has a business case he can sell to an investor.

Contractors
When talking about contractors, we are talking about contractors that built entire solar farms or install renewables energy solutions on businesses (e.g. solar rooftop system + storage + charging station car).

Investors
When talking about investors, we are talking about investors that buy renewable energy projects from developers and operate the plant as independent power producer, selling electricity. Investors usually engage a contractor to build the project.

Business owners
When talking about business owners, we are talking about owners of workshops, logistic centres, supermarkets, offices, shops, producing industries. They engage a contractor to install a renewable energy solution (e.g. solar rooftop system + storage) to reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint.



As you know, there are plenty of stock photos availed for sale. The problem we found is that individual photos serve the purpose but 4 photos from different sources look different next to each other. They look often different when it comes to the level of detail they provide, the level of they have been edited, and how much they are staged. Therefore, this contest is not limited to photo images. We are welcome images such as vector images, sketches and so on.


Deliverables by winning freelancer:
4 images, 1 for each category
Minimum size for photos (if applicable): at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) the image needs to be 1748 x 2480 pixels
Format for photos (if applicable): png
Vector file in AI formal (if applicable)

Copyright:
The employer retains the design rights and other intellectual property rights and copyrights of all documents prepared by the employer. Freelancers shall be entitled to use them or copy them only for the project and the purpose for which they are intended. Freelancers must not infringe any intellectual property rights. The winning freelancer has to make sure that the copyright to his design will automatically be passed to the employer upon payment. The freelancer has no right to be credited for his work in the public domain.

Confidentiality:
Freelancers must treat as confidential all information and content received and created under the competition, and all other information which of its nature is confidential or which the freelancer ought reasonably to know is confidential. Freelancers must not publish or enable others to publish any information in connection with the competition without the prior written consent of the employer. The freelancer must ensure that its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors comply with the freelancers' obligations above.

    I would probably prefer images that are not too busy; showing what the parties actually doing at work (is described in the scope of works). Below stock photos I compiled to explain what I mean.
