Hello guys, my name is Balint Ness. I am about to start an real estate company in Switzerland. I'm looking for e modern Logo and (a longer name tag) I need something clear, minimalistic and in grayish fades. The name of the company will be ImmoNess GmbH and I would like to make 'Immo' gray and 'Ness' black (or the other way, surprise me...), furthermore it's very important to me that the 'I' and 'N' is written in capital letters.

I have some examples for the Logo below. (I like the one in the middle the most but I am open for other ideas)
