Please make it in vector format and deliver as a .EPS or .AI file...….I need a logo. It will be for my company "Property Tax Resolution Specialists". I prefer something clean and modern that would lay over a white background will. This will be for commercial properties (office building, retail plazas, industrial buildings) so please be sure to avoid using anything related to residential housing in the logo. The company name should be extremely prominent in the logo. I like the idea of having green in the logo as it should relate to a client's need for saving money. I particularly like century gothic font as this is commonly used on online commercial real estate platforms nowadays.

I attached a little mock up of what I have in my head but I just don't have the design talent need for making a professional look logo.
