What we Need: We a logo and branding ideas for website and marketing collateral. We like a modern sensibility with cool colors. Our company is doing something very unique i.e. blending AI and machine intelligence to create a very seamless and human like experience. THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS ANDRO. Our website is andro.ai which is not up yet. We're usinng animated and sentient AI tech to create a unparalleled exp for interviews. Please note that the two earlier websites quoted were to give you a flavor of our capabilities but some see have used those names.

Business Overview: Currently, there is a real problem within the recruiting process. Screening interviews are time-consuming and most candidates are only available after work hours. This means that time is wasted and many potentially great candidates do not receive an initial interview. Our company will provide HR teams the most real-to-life, intelligent, and emotionally responsive online robot for conducting interviews at scale. Allowing companies to save time, interview more potential talent, find the absolute best candidates, create stellar teams, and succeed. Importantly, this technology will grow to support other HR functions, and it will not replace humans who will still review interview videos and conduct secondary interviews. We are blending the world of technology and AI with real life, by creating a robotic interview experience conducted via online video chat that is nearly identical to human interaction. The robot interviewer will be programmed with advanced understanding of the technical skills required for the job, will be able to respond to facial expressions and voice cadence, and much more.
