We need a new logo for our property - Colonial Motor Inn in Bairnsdale Victoria Australia. This logo will to be used throughout the property and will need to be highly visible on a new roadside sign both during daylight hours and when the sign is lit during the night. (photo of current sign attached and rough sketch as to how this may take place).
The logo design will need to compliment the Golden Chain logo (file attached) which will be placed in the bottom lightbox currently on the sign.
Minimalist, simple design for accommodation required.
We would like several versions of the logo - firstly one suitable for printing on white paper and stationery. Secondly one with a coloured background suitable for the signage.
Our first step will be to obtain a suitable logo -- after this is done we need to work out how to incorporate it into a signage design and go from there. The frame/shape of the sign will not change.
Logo and property signage are our priority but we will need all file formats going forward to enable development of stationery, social media banners and email signature.

Briefly about us - family owned motel in regional area. Small 14 room property offering comfortable rooms. We have a mix of corporate and leisure clientel.
