I am interested in having a design made for a high quality logo for use on marketing materials such as a website, business cards, social media, etc. I am an independent contractor orthodontist. I have the basic designs with examples attached related to what I'm thinking, including the color scheme of dark blue, light blue, white and/or black. The logo is to be circular with the (efo) positioned similar to eyes and nose with a smile positioned below them.

I would need a singular logo only and then the same logo with (Edwards Family Orthodontics) positioned to the right of the logo in a separate image similar to the attached files. I'm looking at color schemes similar to the AAO and Invisalign logos seen in the attachments.
