My Artist Name: Rebekka Blank

My Music Genre: Hard Rock, Rock, Punk, Alternative, Metal, Pop, Musical

I am an independent artist. Let me explain the wide stretch of music genres: I am also an expressionist filmmaker. Think of Tim Burton and Guillermo del Toro. I write soundtracks and musicals, most of them with a certain darkness to them. My music has a cinematic quality.
As a solo artist I am definitely a rock artist, not a soft rock artist, a hard rock artist with a good bit of punk attitude if you want to say so. This should be the main focus. Rock n Roll for me means: Be true.

Consider if you want: While my music and filmmaking are two separate things, my logo should somehow reflect my diversity & particularity. Means: I can hardly relate my music to just one genre/genre tropes like for example, metal always tapping into a certain style of logos.

The Task: Design the logo for my name “Rebekka Blank” & the logo for my initials “RB”

My Story (for inspiration): I come from the underground.
I like film noir.
I love elegance. Yet, I am badass, you don’t want to mess with me.
I am a wave of emotion.
My favorite thing to say is “Rock n Roll” or “Keep on rocking”.
My favorite word is “attitude”.
I love hard driving bass. Rather slow with attitude than too fast. Heavy guitars, for sure.
My lyrics have style and depth.

My motto: It’s all about the attitude.

My new single coming end of October: “Murder of Love”

I am interested in a longterm creative relationship. If you vibe with me, I will reach out again for future tasks.


BONUS: If you totally feel what I am writing here and you know a better artist name that you want to suggest to me - feel free to pitch it to me. I have a long journey behind me and am about to release my music into the world. If you suggest something that blows my mind I will pay an extra bonus.

If your submission exceeds my expectations and I really, really like it - and it is justified to pay a bonus - I will do so. Let's be fair. The posted budget is a minimum.
