I have already put together a power point document of the concept. I would like someone to enhance it and make it look professional and inline with our company look. I am happy for images to be changed if needed. This is just a concept of all the information we require to be on the page.
This needs to look professional.
This is to be printed in A3 and filled out with our clients.

    do you accept it to be in more than A3 paper ?
    like 2 or 3 papers ?
    because its too small to hold all the required information
    font 9 is not legible enough

      A3 is pretty big sir. Consider it 2 A4 side by side
