I have two logos that I need recreated exactly. The final product will need to be provided as photoshop PSD file with separate layers for all elements and backgrounds. Contest entrants must provide a png of each logo with a transparent background in order to be considered.

To clarify: You must recreate the 2 attached logos exactly like they are now. No changes to design are accepted. We need them in a PSD format so we can scale them or make background transparent.
