Our softball club is wanting to hang a permanent registration/contact info sign at our field. It will probably be 4 ft tall and 6 ft wide. We need someone to design it.

Information to be included on the sign (you decide order and placement):
1) Our club logo - I have attached the image file DO NOT CHANGE COLORS ON LOGO!
2) Register online @ www.eghsa.org
3) Girls Fastpitch - Ages 4 to 14
4) Registration opens January 1st
5) Facebook - Elma Girls Youth Fastpitch
6) Email - eghsa@hotmail.com
7) T-ball (4 to 6 years)
Coach Pitch (7 to 8 years)
10U (9 to 10 years)
12U (11 to 12 years)
14U (13 to 14 years)
*age as of January 1st

Recommendations by FILE TYPE

Our favorite file type:
TIFF flattened to 1 single layer or PDF file.

TIFF Files:
Set the resolution to a minimum of 150dpi at full sign size in inches. Flatten the file before saving it at 100% quality. Do not compress or optimize the file. As a general rule TIFF files less than 1MB in size do not print well.

PDF Files:
Convert all text to outlines.
Expand all fills and strokes.
All PDF's should be single-page files.

JPEG Files:
Set the resolution to a minimum of 150dpi at full sign size in inches.
Save it at 100% quality.
As a general rule JPEG files less than 1MB in size do not print well.

PSD Files:
Set the resolution to a minimum of 150dpi at full sign size in inches.
Flatten the file before saving it at 100% quality.
Do not compress or optimize the file.
