This will be a full page design - without scrolling through (like other websites). If you scroll up/down you will navigate between pages.

The globe animation is awesome and I love it. When you scroll from home to about the globe will move to right and the text appears... and so on :) i think you pretty much got it. I can assist your development team with this process. This is not my first rodeo.
