Please read the instructions carefully and especially with regards to the nationality and gender of the voice artist.

I have been awarded a contest here on Freelancer to create a short promotional video for a Childcare Centre in Canada. The video has already been made and it is approved by the client. We also have the script ready for an English Language Voiceover. There are just 20 lines of text, some are as short as six words long and the video length is around 2 mins 30 secs excluding the intro and outro that doesn't require any narrative.

It is an absolute requirement for the voiceover artist to be female. Furthermore, she needs to be either a Canadian or American national, well spoken and with a neutral accent. The voiceover needs to be upbeat and energetic. Please do not send Text to Speech/Robotic entries as these will be automatically rejected.

Due to my client's requirements the project has to be completed by January 31st . I require the voiceover files by 23:59 EST on December 30th, 2017 at the very latest to allow me time to finish the video editing and release.

For the purposes of the contest I want you to send me a voiceover of the following for review:

Hello, My name is _______ I am eager and interested in having the opportunity to have my voice recorded on a childcare centres promotional video. My entry number is and please consider me as an option along with others that have entered the contest. I understand that the video will require me to be up beat and energetic in nature and I will do my best to have fun in every way possible when recording this track. In closing, hope to hear back from you and thanks for the opportunity to apply to the contest. Ad lib...

After award the script will be sent to the successful freelancer.

It will be preferable if the voice files can be sent as either .mp3 or .wav files on completion.

      When I posted the contest Freelancer only allowed .mov and .mp4 files. When I submit videos for contests the .mp4 files never upload so I have to use .mov files. The other contestants have submitted .mov successfully.
