We are looking for someone to write a Vision statement for one of our development departments.

Short about our department we are Core Development team named JPOS We develop stable and easy to use world-leading POS system. We want to do in a standard way so its easy for the rest of the organization to add their custom modules to our standard Point of Sales system and we use the latest way of working.

Here are some examples:

To passionately serve and strengthen businesses through innovation, challenging the status quo of the payments processing, software development, point-of-sale technology, and website design industries.

next generation solution designed to facilitate an omni-channel strategy and to help retailers serve their customers better. The innovative retail PoS solution has been designed to meet the challenges of today’s global multi-format retailers. It enables them to have multiple configurations of the software for stores (if required) with different formats, currencies and languages delivered through configuration of a single core application.

the solution has been developed and designed with an open architecture adapted to the new requirements for a modern retail data solution with omnichannel support, where integration with other systems is becoming increasingly important.

Note
They should be short – two sentences at an absolute maximum. It’s fine to expand on your vision statement with more detail, but you need a version that is punchy and easily memorable.
They need to be specific to your business and describe a unique outcome that only you can provide. Generic vision statements that could apply to any organisation won’t cut it (see our examples below for more on this point).
