Need a sketching artist for full time hire

Hi there, I want to create drawing style logo. I have real image and want to convert this image to hand drawing logo.

I need an artist that will agree to work for a percentage at mint date, will easily get $4,000 to $10,000. I have a small business , hand made leather collection store, My brand name is Agoza, I am looking for a logo that can tell the story of my store and brand.
