I have a folder of PDF files that needs a unique password assigned to each. There is a separate data file that includes the filename and the password for each. I drop the data file on the app, and a few seconds later, each PDF becomes password-protected. Very simple.

This is a VB.NET project, taking over someone else's work that was not able to complete. Please see attached. The application takes sql queries...name that the row (which means the join condition came from). If it already exists, it needs to concatenate (comma separate) the file names. They need to be unique. Meaning, if i run the app on a file (input1) with no output, it creates and puts the filename in that column for the join criteria it adds. if i run the same file again, it will do nothing, because it exists and the filename is in the last column.
