We have a joomla site with a refreshed design. Most users are still seeing old site due to their own browser cache and do not know they need to clear cache/CTRL+F5 for a new stylesheet. We have the site on joomla cache plus also cloudflare, but disabling those does not help local browser cache. HTaccess changes also do nothing.
