I have vacation rental business and we wish to use xero to do the accounts. I am looking for a person with experience of airbnb vat invoice and client remittance after expenses. We collect money on behalf of client. deduct fees vat etc and pay balance to the owner. We are looking to have a person build a xero system that can account for this and make finance tracking and invoicing easier ideally automatic invoices to both guest and owner accounting for the income and outgoings.
