Caldera Stays is a boutique short-term rental group in Toronto with several high-end listings and a reputation for quick, thoughtful service. This project involves connecting our Channex channel manager to several key OTAs—Airbnb, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Cleartrip, and Agoda—and ensuring that every listing syncs flawlessly across them. Scope of work • Set up brand-new connections inside Channex for each of the platforms above, following their specific API or iCal requirements. • Map all existing room types, rate plans, availability, and restrictions so that inventory, pricing, and content update automatically and consistently. • Diagnose and resolve any mismatches or error codes that appear during or after the initial sync, then verify the fix with live test bookings and cancellations. • Provide ongoing monitoring and optimisation so that future rate or content changes flow reliably...
