I’m getting ready to publish my book, “The Memoir of a Village Boy,” Author: Osmund Agbo I want the front cover to instantly evoke the humble yet hopeful spirit of the story. Picture this: • A cartoon-style illustration (clean lines, soft shading) • Foreground: the silhouette of a skinny black village boy. His long-sleeve shirt is half-torn to hint at hardship, yet he grips a pen with quiet determination and scribbles inside an Olympic Exercise Book. • Background: a muted village landscape—mud-brick huts, a dusty footpath, maybe a crooked fence—rendered in neutral grays, browns, and blacks so the boy’s outline stands out dramatically. Subtle highlights can add depth, but keep the palette restrained. I’ll need the artwork su...

I need my entire book jacket—front cover, spine, and back—professionally re-edited. We have already talked through which text and imagery will stay, which will change, and the general look I’m aiming for, so you’ll be working from a clear creative brief rather than starting from scratch. The job is straightforward: take the existing files I’ll provide (layered PSDs and high-resolution PDFs) and apply the agreed adjustments so the finished artwork is press-ready. That means correct trim, bleed, spine width, and color profile (CMYK for print, RGB for online thumbnails), plus tidy, legible typography and balanced composition. Deliverables • Updated, layered source file (PSD or AI) • Print-ready PDF with crop/bleed marks • High-res JPEG ...

Overview I am commissioning a fully illustrated children’s book aimed squarely at readers aged 5–10. The book will run at a minimum of 72 pages (excluding front and back matter) and function as a standalone title ideal for classroom reading or home libraries. Theme & Educational Focus Central Theme: A single, high-interest topic (e.g., Ancient Engineering, Ocean Exploration, or Space & Astronomy). Tri-Subject Integration: The narrative and activity layouts must naturally weave together Science, Math, and History in equal measure around the central theme. Tone: Engaging, story-driven, and interactive so young readers absorb core lessons without feeling lectured. Illustration & Visual Style Artwork: Full-colour, cartoon-style illustrations on every spread. Aesthe...

I have a fiction manuscript in the mystery/thriller space and now need a striking cover that instantly sets the right mood. The visual direction is important: dark colours with subtle shadowy figures, a single central protagonist, and hints of abstract patterns that suggest tension without giving away the plot. Here’s how I picture the hand-off: • A print-ready front-spine-back layout (KDP paperback, 6"×9", 300 dpi, with bleed) • A matching ebook cover (JPEG, 72 dpi, Amazon-ready) • Source file (PSD or layered AI) so I can tweak text later if needed Acceptance criteria • Title and author name clearly legible in thumbnail size • Overall tone reads unmistakably as mystery/thriller—no bright or playful palette • Visual b...

I’m commissioning a full-colour illustration for my upcoming fantasy light novel. The scene should centre on my protagonist, with a clear mystical and enchanting atmosphere—shimmering lights, subtle magical motifs, and a sense of wonder that invites the reader in. A key supporting character can appear beside or just behind the lead, but the hero must remain the undeniable focal point. I’ll supply a short blurb, detailed written references, and pose/clothing images for both characters. Please let the environment echo classic high-fantasy settings (think ancient forests, floating ruins, or moonlit citadels) while still leaving generous negative space for the title and author name. The final art will be used both in print and online, so I need it delivered at 300 dpi, CMYK-...

I’m looking for an illustrator who can take my 50-page children’s story from blank canvas to bookshelf. The project involves creating lively cartoon artwork, keeping the seven main characters dynamic and action-oriented, and bathing every scene in a bright, vibrant palette. Beyond the page art itself, I also need the production pieces that let a book go public: a polished front-and-back cover, interior layout that meets Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing specs, an embedded ISBN, and a scannable retail barcode. Everything must arrive press-ready for both print and Kindle (fixed-layout) upload. Key deliverables • Full-color illustrations for ±50 interior pages (300 dpi, CMYK) • Front & back cover design with spine, bleed, and trim marks • Kindle-r...

I’m preparing a new series of country-classic titles and I need eye-catching, illustrative covers that place each nation’s flag at centre stage. The style I’m after is unmistakably Illustrative—no photo-realistic vintage treatments or minimalist modern layouts. Each cover must feel like an original piece of art while still reading instantly as that country’s flag. All technical groundwork is done: I’ll supply fully-laid-out cover templates (front, spine, back) along with trim, bleed and spine width. Your role is to drop into those files, build an original flag illustration that fills the design area, and weave in the title, author name and imprint details so everything sits comfortably together. Typography should borrow from the flag’s colour pale...

I’m commissioning a full-length fantasy romance novel for young readers who shop the Amazon Kindle stores in the USA and EU. The story must unfold in a present-day, magic-infused city—think glittering skylines hiding secret covens and supernatural politics. At its heart is a relatable, slightly vulnerable heroine whose everyday struggles make her easy to root for even as she’s drawn into extraordinary events. Her primary arc spins around an enemies-to-lovers dynamic: the initial clash should crackle with tension, gradually giving way to deep emotional stakes and undeniable chemistry. World-building, character depth, snappy dialogue, and a satisfying romantic payoff are all essential. The completed manuscript has to be 100 % original, thoroughly edited, and formatted...
