Your routine will revolve around three core areas: • Product listing and updates – you will import items through Oberlo, optimise titles, descriptions and images, and keep inventory in sync. • Order processing and fulfilment – every business day you will review new orders, push them to suppliers, confirm tracking numbers and mark them fulfilled. • Customer service & email management – you will monitor the support inbox, answer common questions and escalate anything outside your remit.
