Speech-to-Text using c# -- 2

looking for somebody help me with my project speech to text [wav to text] speech recognition in numbers only. i have my Owen project but return result 50% true example : wav have numbers 4-8-9-6-7 my speech project said it's have 4-8-9-6-6 miss with number 7 so it's mean miss with all . so i want somebody know good with audio rate and bits and channel to can solve this problem and make my project or his project can speech to text 98% true of total audio not in 1 audio . example if we have 100 audio return result of 98 audio 100% true ,i'll paid extra if back 100 % true of all audio return result of 100 audio 100% true . for more info and my project and test wav ,please massage me thx
