Setting a farm with new agricultural concepts in N-E of Romania

This project is about investing in farming in N-E of Romania. The mission, is to make a good and reliable business in agriculture (farming only large crops like wheat, sunflower, maize, soy and oil rape seeds) and in a relative short amount of time to get relevant in the all N-E of Romania area as farming size and being a regional lieder in farming and in creating the new "agricultural concepts". The target in short therms it involves buying an already established farm with a surface starting around 1000-1500 Ha with the potential to reach the 3000-3500 ha. After the farm is purchased the next step is buying the right agricultural machines, (the machines that are the most adapted to the climate and soil specifics of the region in order to get the highest results regardless the different conditions that might occur), together with different software systems that helps the farmer getting where he wants, and also investing in a new farm infrastructure (storage units for the cereals, a proper workshop, buildings for storage the machines, offices, different equipments etc). The requirements of this project involves a budget of around 6 million EURO and in order to achieve all this it involves agronomy experience and know how, business planning skills, administrative and juridical knowledge, good knowledge in mechanics and agricultural machines, and also a business partner with an desire to invest in farming in this part of the world that has the required capital potency. Why to invest in an agriculture project and in this region? Well Romania is part of NATO and EU for 10 years, that provides security and stability, the work force has a good education to salary ratio (good knowledge and they don't cost as much as in other western countries), and it is known the fact that Romania has one of the hugest agricultural potential in the hole EU, together with this by starting this project with the right partner with relevant experience in agriculture, business/farming the success is guaranteed.
