hi, there is 2 way to get this website done . 1. we develop it using custom php 2. We use event plugin for Wordpress. Need to purchase that as it is not free. There are different Pros and Cons attached with each of the point. 1. I am in process of developing an event website using custom php. The link is https://www.eventquickly.com.. It is 90% complete. PROS: This solution is highly robust, can be easily customized and enhance in future as per the requirements. CONS: This method will cost around $1200 and about 2 weeks. 2. There is a plugin used for Wordpress and we will cover your requirements through that as well. PROS: IT can be done in 1 week time and in $750.
