Build a Website

Hi I'm looking for a complete design and build of a website. I have got an idea about having a website where people can go to join a network of 'Pay it forward' friends. Pay it forward is a concept where someone does something nice for someone else for no other reason, but to be nice. However, I haven't got much further with the idea, but in the world of social media, it seems like the perfect time. I'm hoping to find someone or a team of people to come up with a great, practical design and ideas of what else to have on the website so that people can join, network and pay it forward. So I basically want a start to finish project. Some thoughts I've had are below: • A membership area where members can start posts and discussions with other members. • Different discussion areas should be made available (based on what people may like to give/receive and a general chat one as well). • An ability to search for members names and to start up discussions with multiple specific members. • Members should be able to leave feedback for each other (I would like some cool and quirky levels of membership based on feedback scores). • Incorporating a blog that I do called 'Press Here For Happiness' with the website. • Links for Facebook and Twitter sharing. Apart from these thoughts, it’s very much a new idea and I would be delighted to hear ideas or suggested designs/formats. I’m very open to opinions, so please feel be open towards me. I've no idea how much things like this cost, so please let me know if I've budgeted to low. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. Tim
