The logo should be vector based (for scaling) and ideally the logo should be able to use on Social media such as Facebook, Twitter , look at its best in an aspect ratio of 143x59 pixels. It is intended for web use, but of course also needs to look good on paper. It should be modern, fresh, also professional.
Colours are not fixed, but continuing on the Cloud Computing thing, blue and white seem to be obvious.
