I am looking for a professional web developer to build a quoting website. Buyers have to open an account on the website to be able to request a quote. Same will trigger a notification to all carriers in the location where buyer is as part of registration with buyer's own email in copy. For requesting a quotation, buyers have to select the job details by filling in a form (text, drop down menus and/or check boxes). The selection include checking the boxes for carriers who buyer want requests from. Thereafter, the system sends an email to all suppliers'/company's listed in the system by the admin with all the details submitted. The email should contain a form for the supplier/company to fill along with a job code. The supplier has to fill in the form and resend the email back to the system, where the details filled will be automatically extracted and placed in a dedicated form in the system, once all the suppliers submitted their offers or after a certain duration, another email will be sent to the buyer to review and approve. It will be a summary in the form of a table showing prices, additional charges, clauses, and attachment of the email as well as any excel or PDF attachment. The buyer will be able to trace all his submitted quotations in one table showing it as completed, in progress, or expired. Whenever the buyer checks one of them, he will get the table summary highlighted in above paragraph. We expect customers to use the service via mobile, which is why it is important the design is simple and mobile friendly. The developer is expected to handle design and share different options for each of the screens. Selection will depend on price, how the programmer will offer milestones, and speed of implementation.
