I would like to hire a Graphic Designer

Hello, I'm looking at purchasing a cross-image photoshop edit for an image with the dimensions of 1920x1080, an additional copy of the design at the size of 1920x1200 would be much desired. This work will be featured as a background on Steam and will be displayed via my public profile. An example of my end goal should look similar to this: [login to view URL] The above image being displayed will look like this: [login to view URL] Here's what I'd like to see included in my project: The main background image has already been designed in an animation created through Aftereffects. I've chosen a snippet from that creation and would like it to now serve as a background piece. The animation piece has a gray, rectangular box that marks the edges of where the profile information will be displayed, in other words, don't work inside the rectangular box (light gray) or the work won't appear on the profile. However, that being said feel free to remove the rectangle or edit it if needed. The Background Image: [login to view URL] Next, as shown in the example image we'll have to incorporate the side panels that will be shown on the profile. Feel free to make up your own or use this courtesy design: [login to view URL] Please, keep in the mind the following when adding the side panels. - Side panels will be present on either end of the rectangle - Side panels should be equal in color as to the color of the profile itself. (This is very, hard to explain but this is what I mean: The actual background and profile are two separate entities but they should come together to look like one. As you can see here: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] the side panels do not match the color of the profile. The color of the panels should be the dark gray as seen directly to the left of the right panel. (This color - [login to view URL] ) - Side panels should match up and flow with the profile. Lastly, you'll need to create a black fade around the outside of the background image. Once again, using this tool ( [login to view URL] ) create an outline that will match up with the profile layout. Remember, to refer back to the very first link I mentioned as it will help with the overall concept of what we'll be creating.
