I need an Android app for a WordPress website. I would like it designed and built.

The website is in WordPress and have few custom plug in + theme. This website is also multilingual.
I want the app to be user friendly. People can read articles posted on the website become available instantly on the app, may be using an API?
in the website, people can see articles only after login and to login they have to register first. To register at the website, they have to pay. So, I want same functionality in the app as well.
