Write some Software

Hi, Greetings. I have established a Insurance Claims Investigation Works and we are doing genuine investigations on claims settlement. We prefer to do the best to the Management and taking all efforts to execute the legitimate works without any blunders, frauds &oversight . In order to maintain full accuracy I need some Software to monitor the mobile phones of our team without physical access of their devices . I prefer to purchase a software or an app ..... 1. Is there any Software/app to monitor mobile phones of employees/others remotely without installing any software or app in the employees phones? 2. Is there any software to monitor the location and movements of cell phones of employees without installing any software or app in their mobiles? 3. In case if there is no such technology available to access any mobile remotely, Is there any chance to install the Software remotely without touching the mobile or any other technology to reach the mobiles remotely? I prefer to know more education on this field which is useful for our profession for genuine use.
