read a text file and show it on the screen

I need an simple android app to learn new words in other languages: It works as follows: 1) When the app starts, it load a text file located at: \Internal storage\Download\[login to view URL] 2) the text file structure will be like that: (attaching file example) english1;spanish1 english2;spanish2 english3;spanish3 3) the app will show the word in english (top half screen) 4) the below half screen will show the word in spanish (translation) 5) the spanish word will be invisible by default, it can turn it on ticking the checkbox "translate" 6) the lines are loading one by one in sequence or random order depending of checkbox "Random" 7) move fordward or backward clicking the appropriate button 8) text lenght fields(spanish, english) should be as large as it can (255 characters) attaching an image to better understanding. 9) Every time the App starts, it will load the file: \Internal storage\Download\[login to view URL] so, If I replace this file and restart the App. It will load the new file. how long it will take?
