Scraping content from a web page

i need to make a request to the page [url removed, login to view] using .NET (vb or c#).

They seem to have some special security enabled. I can access the page through internet explorer but i can't access it through a httpWebRequest object.

The following function should work, but always throws a WebException.

Please help!!
