Manual purchasing from a website via spoofed IP addresses to avoid identity detection

I'm in an industry where sales are the primary source of advertisement. The more I sell, the more publicity we get. Much of our competition will buy their own product to show the product trending. This is exactly what I want to do. The trick is, because these orders come in digitally, I need the IP of each order to be proxied, so the website where we place these orders looks at each user as unique. Here's what I require: 1) I need a user to place 150 orders on a website. 2) each order has to be under a unique login. User must create these logins and keep track of their usernames and passwords. I can create available email addresses for these users to use (you wont have to login to validate or anything like that) 3) each login needs to be created an accessed by a unique IP address or it wont work. This is the tricky/technical part. The IPs need to, preferably, be US or Europe based. You may need to use a proxy service. I believe free services like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (if you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can use their free version. If you click show advanced options, you can select the server to use and a unique IP address) would work just fine for this. Bottom line, every IP needs to be unique or the orders don't end up counting. 4) I will provide a list of credit card numbers for you to use for purchasing. These are limited value, one time use cards, although I'll wait for some orders to be executed properly before giving you the entire list of cards to verify trustworthiness. Bottom line, one order will take 5 minutes or so to create the user, select the product and check out. This project is nothing more than time consuming, very little needs to be known technically as long as you can use the proxy server without issue. The NEXT time you work on the same project for me, you can use all of your now created logins. I'll keep the same rate and it will be much quicker/easier. Looking to pay $100-$150 for this first round.
