CSS update of web based test page2

I have a website that delivers a practice test for nurses. Right now I am developing the questions for the site, but the webpage itself is flat and drab. I would like someone to spruce it up, give it some pizazz. Give it a polished, 3D, color-coordinated look (with colors I can change as content or seasons change). The page content is dynamically generated via AJAX calls. I want larger radio buttons for the answer choices, "cooler" graphics for the mark button, bigger, clearer, "neater looking" select box for selecting questions. arrow and other buttons. In all, what a external CSS style sheet with class based CSS rules for original, hover, clicked states, etc. to make the page look modern, sleek and professional. The website is link is at: [login to view URL] In order to be awarded this project, you need to show me your ideas either with an image file showing the layout, changes and graphics, or a page that you have done with the general concepts already working or another site that you have not designed, but which shows what your ideas are.I am budget conscious so keep that in mind. I have numerous websites planned or in development and a good showing here may lead to other work on the other websites in the near future.
